The New Premier Soccer Club in the City of Chicago
Chicago United Futbol Club is a premier youth soccer club dedicated to the development of the total soccer player at the developmental as well as elite level. Under the direction of Sean Phillips, Assistant Head Coach of NCAA top ranked UIC Men's Soccer, CUFC has assembled a top caliber coaching staff dedicated to development of the total soccer player.

Training takes place at UIC Campus and in Hyde Park during spring, summer and fall and at  Chicago Indoor Sports during the winter. Teams compete in the nation's top competitive travel soccer league, Northern Illinois Soccer League. CUFC provides programs at all levels including Junior Academy, focused on the transition of players from recreation to travel soccer, and the High School Program, which competes at the premiership level in NISL.
Chicago United is proud of its programs and its success measured through the development of each individual player and the accomplishments of each team. CUFC is also proud to be a diverse soccer club truly within the City of Chicago. 

Our Development Program
Chicago United FC is a player-centered, coach-driven environment. CUFC’s objectives are to support all facets of youth soccer development, ranging from the initial stages of soccer skill development to elite level training.

Travel Soccer
The development program prepares each player for travel soccer. Travel soccer seasons include outdoor fall, indoor winter, outdoor spring. Outdoor home games and training take place at the Midway Plaisance by University of Chicago. Indoor training during the winter is held at Chicago Indoor Sports, the new indoor facility at Ashland & 39th. Two levels of training and competition are available: developmental and elite level.

Top Caliber Coaching
To support these objectives, CUFC has begun building a high caliber coaching infrastructure under the direction of club technical advisor,
Sean Phillips, current assistant head coach of University of Illinois at Chicago Men’s Soccer.  Coach Phillips serves as CUFC’s technical advisor and brings a long history of success in youth soccer development at the travel, state and national levels.  Joining him are Aleksey Korol (former Dallas Burn and Chicago Fire player), Ross Cain (4 year UIC men’s goalkeeper), Minos Vlamakis (Head Coach, Illinois State Select Team), Rodney Trask (Coach, UIC soccer camps), Charlie Trout (UIC Men's Soccer Team, UEFA C, Volunteer Coach)  and Tony Malcolm  (DI Player NC State, UIC Camp Coach, Assistant Coach at Latin HS)
